Remote assistance requires Windows XP, Windows Vista based computers with MSN Messenger installed
(recommended method) and you must provide assistance on the invitation and login information upon
request. Contact me and I will send detailed instructions on how to use remote assistance technology.
Please note: If your computer is infected pretty bad or system files are corrupted or damaged
severely and my recommended method is to do a full installation, I will apply the price of remote assistance
to the other fees applied. |
